In 1992, Bart Drost is approached by the Juliana Children's Hospital in The Hague. The department was modernised and 'there was art needed'. Opportunity to the access precisely were the installations that Drost at that time had carried out in the Church of Persingen. The command was open: Drost could let run free his fantasies and thoughts. Result was a design of 1 on 1 format, with the leitmotiv that 'finally everyone himself determines what he wants to show'. The Commission was enthusiastic. But how organize the necessary pecunia (sat costs especially in a woollen handtufted rug 30 x 1,20 meters)?
